EIGRP Multi-AF (Different Named EIGRP and Autonomous System)
Oke guys, kemarin kita telah membahas tentang EIGRP Multi-AF atau EIGRP yang menggunakan penamaan dengan huruf. Sekarang kita masih di pembahasan itu tapi perbedaannya kemarin kita membuat Multi-AF tapi masih satu AS, sekarang kita akan mencoba membuat bebeapa instance yang isinya beberapa AS. Let's check it out.
Topologi:
Skenario:
Kita akan mengkonfigurasikan EIGRP pada area biru dengan AS 10, dan area orange dengan AS 20.
Pertama kita beri IP terlebih dahulu pada setiap devices
Konfigurasi di R1:

Setelah kita konfigurasikan IP di semua router, sekarang kita konfigurasikan EIGRP named sesuai yang ada di topologi

Setelah kita konfigurasikan EIGRP namednya, sekarang kita cek routing table R4, apakah dia sudah mendapatkan informasi tentang network di R3 dan R5.

Disini terlihat bahwa network pada R3 dan R5 belum terdaftar di routing table R4, berarti kita harus melakukan redistribute agar AS 10 pada jaringan R1, R2, dan R4 bisa terhubung dengan AS 20 pada R2, R3, R5. Kita lakukan redistribute di R2.
Konfigurasi di R2:

Setelah kita lakukan redistribute di R2, seharusnya network di R3 dan R5 sudah terlihat di routing table R4.

Nah disini terlihat bahwa network pada R3 dan R5 sudah terdaftar di routing table di R4. Berarti secara otomatis R4 sudah dapat terhubung ke R3 dan R5 begitupun sebaliknya. Untuk verifikasi coba lakukan tes ping dari R4 ke IP loopback R5.

Disini kita telah berhasil melakukan ping.
Jadi kesimpulannya pada EIGRP Multi-AF ini, untuk named tidak mempengaruhi proses adjacency suatu jaringan EIGRP, tapi yang mempengaruhi tetap AS, walaupun antar router berbeda named itu tidak berpengaruh. Dan juga tiap named itu hanya bisa memuat satu AS saja.
